What goes in
- Clear acrylic disc, 3 mm, with a 5 mm hole
- Black braided cord, 45 cm, with a jump ring
- UV-printed artwork, cured and sealed
- Rigid mailer, tracked
How it's made
Your photo is redrawn in a digital painting app, then printed on the disc. We sand the edge until it's smooth to the touch, seal the surface, and check it against a light before it ships.
Acrylic is brittle and ink will not hide a bad print. A disc that comes out off-centre, cracked or scuffed goes in the bin and we run another one — that happens on a fair share of orders, and the cost of the wasted disc is already built into what you pay.
What to send us
One clear photo in daylight works. If it's blurry, dark, or the face is hidden behind something, we'll tell you and ask for another — better than a bad surprise.
What you get back
A full-colour digital preview within 24 hours. Ask for as many changes as you want before you pay. Once you approve, we make the real thing and ship within 5–7 days.

Send it anyway — we'll tell you honestly if it's too dark, too blurry, or the face is covered, and ask for a better one. There's no charge for that conversation.
Yes, on the full-scene option, which is quoted on the drawing. Tell us the exact spelling in your order message — we proof it before printing.
5–7 days for us to make it after you approve, then 6–12 days tracked in the post. Budget about two to three weeks end to end, and we'll send you the tracking link the day it leaves.
Acrylic is brittle and couriers aren't careful. If it arrives cracked or the print is scuffed, send us a photo and we'll remake and resend it at our cost.
Yes — the preview you approve is the same artwork that gets printed. Because each one is redrawn individually, the charm may differ from the preview by a fine line here and there. Colours shift a little depending on your screen, so ask for a photo of the real piece if that's important to you.
